A site from another agency is a brochure plus three subscriptions: a chatbot vendor, a maintenance retainer, an automation tool, and someone to glue them together. Our monthly fee replaces all of it — the AI runs against your business, hosting and security are handled, and the people who built it are the people who fix it.
Monthly fees run on a 12-month minimum. We're a two-person studio; the math works because we plan a year ahead, not month-to-month.
If something doesn't work in the first 60 days after launch, we refund half the setup fee and prorate the unused months. The build phase is too long for a 30-day trial to mean anything; this gives you a real out.
